Dear InBody family, 
As some of you might have noticed, the app for IOS and AOS has been updated. In the functional aspect, there is no deleted or added functions.
There might be some issue about ”full results sheet could be shown after the update”.
I have already report this to HQ, and they would fix the update itself but before then, it could be fixed by re-install the app.

However, before we ask for re-install of the app, please make sure that end-users know their own id(mobile number) and password of the app.

Most changes are made in UX/UI side. The design wise there are a lot of changes. Also ranking is emphasized as tab in the new version of app. There were a few feedback from customers not the end-users that they want to hide that tab. Unfortunately, hiding the tab for certain customers’ member in globally released app is impossible, however, we would like to collect the detailed feedback so that we can find the feasible solution.

What end-users are specifically want would be good to be shared (again not the customer). (for instance; they want to exclude their results in the ranking system)

Unlike to LB120 and LB web, app is for end-users who use InBody. Therefore, we need to mediate all different ideas from all the other regions at the same time.

   -> Modified so that inspection facilities can be checked even without body composition data (regional update is planned)

2. Fixed an issue where the date format was not defined when loading the main dashboard.

2. Fix for forced termination of the app when converting data types in countries that use commas (",") as decimal points
